We are located above and below ICA in Stora Blåsjön. We have an 800-meter-long beach on Lake Blåsjön, of which about 300 meters are perfect for swimming. The total area of our facility is about 40,000 square meters.

Camp Stora Blåsjön offers five different areas.
• AREA A – Eight pitches with electricity, all pitches also for caravans. In addition to these eight pitches, we also have eight pitches without electricity. In this area we also have a charging station and our recycling station.
• AREA B – Twelve sites near our service house, here there are also sites for tents.
• AREA C – Six campsites for motorhomes with a nice view of the lake.
• AREA D – Two sites without electricity on a plateau with a nice view of the lake
• AREA E – Our beach, which offers sites for roof tents, 4-wheel drive smaller motorhomes and regular tents.
• AREA RECEPTION – Here we offer five places for those who are only staying 1 day

For those traveling with a caravan, we can offer places in AREA B or one of Sweden’s finest campsites – rent our entire lower plateau and there is the possibility of having a really nice place for your caravan. It is so large that you can even invite a friend who can park their caravan or motorhome next to it.

Stora Blåsjön is close to many of the most popular attractions offered around The Wilderness Road. Many of our guests choose to stay several nights with us, do day trips and then come back in the afternoon or evening. Many also do nice evening trips.

One of our favorites is Brakkåfallet, which is located 6 km from Camp Stora Blåsjön.

RECEPTION

The reception is located approx. 75 meters to the left of ICA. There are also two toilets here that you have access to 24 hours a day.

We bake sourdough rolls and cinnamon rolls. Order by 9:00 PM for delivery at 8:30 AM the next morning directly to your door or tent.

WEBCAMS

We have three webcams at Camp Stora Blåsjön, all of which are directed towards Lake Blåsjön. All cameras are updated every 5 minutes.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome at Camp Stora Blåsjön. However, they must ALWAYS be on a leash and poop must ALWAYS be picked up regardless of whether the dog poops during a walk in our forest, on the beach or other places in our area. These rules apply to the entire camping area of approx. 40,000 sq m. We have placed a garbage can intended for dog poop bags next to our latrine emptying. There are also dog poop bags that we offer. Only 1 bag at a time, then the bags are enough for everyone who needs it👍😍🙏

SHOWERS & TOILETS

Camp Stora Blåsjön offers a total of four showers and six toilets.

Two showers and two toilets are located in our service building, which is located approx. 75 meters directly above ICA in the direction of Norway

Two toilets are inside the front door to our reception

Two toilets and two showers are located in the basement of our reception, entrance at the back of the building (down towards the lake)

Our waste room is located in AREA A, on the same side as our charging station. It is a red house and inside we have waste sorting for plastic, paper, glass, metal and food scraps.
